The vanis still clean. Woo Hoo! This is miraculous. I have been a stickler about "what goes in the van must come back out". Dolls, books, socks, etc. So far so good.
I received the Seton catalog in the mail and I believe this is the first time in our homeschooling career that I have not been tempted to sign up with them. I have nothing against Seton. I just feel like we have hit a groove as far as what we do here day in and day out. It feels good.
I got a really bad hair cut and I did not cry. My hair is hacked pretty bad right now. I was going for the "stacked bob" look. I even showed her pictures. That is not what I got however. Oh well, it's hair, it will grow back right?!

Oh I really do keep meaning to participate in Small Successes. So encouraging!
Oh, the hair issue! I thought I would try a nice salon cut now that age 40 is not too far off. I took the bait on the expensive hair products and styling instructions but still could not reproduce the "doo" at home. The stylist's suggestion? But their $235 flat iron! NOT! Back to frumpy hair I guess!

Oh my goodness the same thing happened to me about 6 weeks ago. I have no idea what that girl was thinking other than it wasn't what I was saying. I DID cry...
I'm going back today to try and get it fixed by someone else, wish me luck!

Good for you about the van and about Seton. Sorry about yout hair. I'm in desperate need of a haircut right now and have resorted to putting it up, but I guess just like waiting to start taking Cod Liver Oil, my putting off a hair cut might be a good thing too.

I just wanted to update, that waiting 6 weeks was good it gave just enough growth to get it fixed. It is still much, much shorter than I want it but finally is a bob with a nice line and good bounce. ARGGHHHH, what a long 6 weeks that was! Good luck with yours, maybe your hair will grow out quickly!
